Big Numbers

NASA liked to say "Flood", doing so 15 times.
People in #ambient probably wish C112 had a "mute" button - as this individual shouted 22% of the time!

madCasa followed closely with 15% yells!
hologram was either being philosophical or just plain clueless - 20% of lines contained questions.

phaselock was almost as bad, having a question ratio of 19%.
The conversation-killer award goes to ceaser whose final comment caused 5 conversations to end suddenly.
